SJAIN TECH is the enterprise technology practice of Sjain Ventures Ltd, working from Raipur with clients across India, the Gulf and North America. We design, build and operate AI systems, custom software, automation and cloud platforms for organisations where uptime, auditability and cost per transaction are board-level concerns.

We deliberately stay small. Every engagement is staffed with practitioners who have run production systems — data engineers, ML engineers, platform engineers and domain architects — rather than generalist resources billed against a rate card.

Our work starts with a measurable outcome: cycle time, straight-through processing rate, cost to serve, model precision, incident volume. We instrument that number before we write code, and we report against it for the life of the engagement.

How we work. Two-week discovery to establish baselines and risk, a thin production slice within the first quarter, then iterative scale-up with hand-over documentation and runbooks at every step. Governance, evaluation and human-in-the-loop review are designed in from day one, not retrofitted after an audit.

What we stand for. Own the outcome, not just the deliverable. Prefer boring, observable architecture over novelty. Keep clients’ data in their own estate wherever the regulator or the risk profile demands it. Write down the trade-offs, and say plainly when a project should not be built.
