Pricing

Engagement models built for clarity.

Fixed-scope discovery, product builds, dedicated pods and managed run — priced against the outcome, not the hours.

Engagement models

Four ways to work with us.

Most transformation clients combine an assessment, a first delivery increment and an ongoing managed model.

Discovery & Assessment

Fixed scope, 2–4 weeks

Best for: Leadership teams who need a defensible plan before committing budget.

A senior consultant pair maps your operating model, systems, data quality and risk posture, then ranks opportunities by value, feasibility and risk. You leave with a sequenced roadmap, target architecture sketch, indicative ROI per use case and a costed first increment — usable whether or not we build it.

  • Stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs
  • Data, integration and security readiness review
  • Ranked use-case backlog with indicative ROI
  • Sequenced roadmap and costed first increment

Fixed-Scope Product Builds

Outcome-priced per increment

Best for: Organisations with an agreed scope and a date that matters.

For well-defined platforms, portals, integrations or AI use cases we price the increment, not the hours. Scope, acceptance criteria and the business number being moved are agreed up front, then delivered in short increments with demos every two weeks. Change is handled through a documented variation process so commercials stay predictable.

  • Agreed scope, acceptance criteria and success metric
  • Two-week increments with working software each time
  • Automated testing, security review and UAT
  • Controlled rollout, handover and documentation

Dedicated Pods

Monthly per pod

Best for: Product and transformation teams with a continuous roadmap.

A standing squad — typically a lead engineer, two to four engineers, a QA specialist and fractional architecture and delivery management — works only on your roadmap. Best when priorities evolve faster than a fixed scope can be written, and when retaining domain knowledge inside the team matters more than locking scope.

  • Named senior team with stable composition
  • Your backlog, your ceremonies, your tooling
  • Architecture and delivery oversight included
  • Scale the pod up or down with a month's notice

Managed Services

SLA-backed monthly run

Best for: Enterprises running business-critical platforms and AI systems.

Once a platform is live it needs an owner. Managed run covers monitoring, patching, incident response against agreed SLAs, cost and performance tuning, and — for AI systems — evaluation, drift checks and audit reporting. Each account has a named engineering owner and a quarterly optimisation plan tied to benefit tracking.

  • Tiered SLAs with defined response and resolution targets
  • Monitoring, patching and incident management
  • Cloud cost and performance optimisation
  • AI evaluation, drift monitoring and audit trails

How we price

Commercial principles we hold to.

Pricing is confirmed after a short scoping conversation, because the right model depends on how defined your scope already is.

Outcome before estimate

Every engagement names the business number it moves — cycle time, cost per transaction, downtime, revenue leakage — so investment is judged against value, not effort.

Senior-only teams

We do not pyramid junior capacity into estimates. Rates reflect senior engineers and architects doing the work directly.

Increment-sized commitments

Programmes are broken into increments you can stop after. You commit to the next step, not a multi-year contract.

Transparent variations

Scope change is documented, priced and approved before work starts, so there are no end-of-project surprises.
