Engineers at SJAIN TECH work directly with client architects and operations teams. You will scope the problem, choose the architecture, ship it and support it — typically in teams of three to six, across AI and machine learning, data engineering, cloud platform, and enterprise application development.
We look for depth over breadth: someone who has debugged a retrieval pipeline under load, tuned a Postgres query plan, or carried a pager for a system they built. Consulting experience is useful; the ability to write clearly and explain a trade-off to a CFO is more useful.
How we hire. A conversation about your work, a practical exercise drawn from a real engagement (time-boxed, never unpaid spec work), and a session with the team you would join. Two weeks end to end.
