Discovery workshop questions
A one to two day discovery workshop is a fixed-fee engagement quoted after this request. The two to three week AI readiness assessment is quoted on scope. We confirm both in writing before anything starts.
The business owner of the process, the technical owner of the systems, and one or two operators. Small rooms make sharper decisions.
Either. Remote sessions run across two to three shorter blocks; on-site workshops run as consecutive days in Raipur or at your offices.
You own the outputs whether or not you engage us for delivery. If you do, the recommended first increment starts four to six weeks after the roadmap is agreed.
