What the dataset is for
Portfolio conversations stall when every candidate use case is described in a different vocabulary. This dataset gives a single grain and a fixed set of attributes, so a shortlist can be sorted by governance sensitivity and data dependency rather than by enthusiasm.
It is deliberately descriptive rather than predictive: it records how we classify and sequence work, not expected returns.
How it was built
- Derived from our published AI solutions and industry catalogue, not from third-party sources
- Attributes chosen so that each one changes the sequencing decision
- Reviewed by the practice leads who deliver the corresponding engagements
Known limitations
Coverage reflects our own delivery footprint, so sectors we serve more heavily are represented in more detail. Governance sensitivity is a judgement based on the harm of an incorrect decision in a typical deployment and must be re-assessed against the regulation that applies to you.
